Cynthia’s passion is helping sixteen to thirty-year-olds find their career path.

With over 30 years of experience and proven success in education, business, and ministry, Cynthia Walker has worked closely with high school and post-secondary adults nationwide. She has developed strong leaders and programs due to her unique background as a military wife, high school and college educator, Master of Business Administration, professional model, and seminary graduate. Her expertise covers many industry needs, from training, and professional development seminars, to personal, one on one career and life coaching.

Since the USDOL launch of registered youth apprenticeships (RYA) in 2016, she was the first coordinator in Missouri to pilot this program for two career technical centers. As a Subject Matter Expert, she has consulted nationwide with top USDOL intermediaries and government contracts to pilot, execute, and sustain multiple Registered Youth Apprenticeship programs.
